Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy explains how Frontier handles information when you browse this website or contact us. It also explains our use of cookies and similar technologies.
Information we receive
If you email us, we receive your email address, name where supplied, and the contents of your message and attachments. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information unless we have agreed a suitable way to receive it.
Our hosting service may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, dates and times, browser details and errors in server and security logs. This information supports the delivery, security and maintenance of the website.
How we use information
We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, discuss publications, handle permissions requests and maintain relevant professional relationships. We rely on legitimate interests in conducting this correspondence and operating Frontier. We also rely on legitimate interests to keep the website and email service secure and functioning properly. Where processing is required by law, we rely on that legal obligation.
Providing information by email is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without sufficient contact details or context. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Who can access it
The Frontier mailbox is accessed by its operator, not by a shared team. Freeola Limited provides website and email hosting and processes information as needed to deliver, maintain and protect those services. This can include authorised technical support, security filtering and backups. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Freeola states that it uses UK data centres for hosting. Its Data Processing Agreement explains its processing arrangements and use of service providers. Email delivery also involves the sender’s or recipient’s own email provider.
How long we keep information
Routine, completed enquiries are normally deleted within two years of the last meaningful contact, or sooner if no longer needed. Relevant correspondence may be retained for longer where there is an ongoing relationship, an unresolved matter, or a legal obligation or dispute. We review older correspondence annually and retain exceptions only where there is a continuing reason.
Technical logs and backup copies are managed as part of the hosting service’s operational and security arrangements. Their retention is separate from the two-year period for routine enquiries.
Cookies and search tools
The website’s own code does not set cookies or use advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this website rather than loaded from an external font service. Essential hosting or security functions may use technical measures needed to deliver and protect the service.
We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to understand how the website appears in search results. These are not Google Analytics or advertising pixels, and we have not added visitor-tracking scripts for them.
If we introduce optional tracking or other services that require consent, we will explain them and provide the necessary choices before they operate. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy arrangements.
Who is responsible for your information?
Frontier is operated by Shahbaz Husain, who is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy enquiries, contact theteam@frontierworks.co.uk.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction of its use. Data portability applies in certain circumstances. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact us using the address above to exercise your rights.
You can raise concerns with us or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
Updates
We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
